What fast looks like standing still.
Floyd Landis won Stage 3 of the Tour of California this afternoon by blowing away the field in a time trial. On this particular stretch of road he faced a heavy headwind that miraculously cleared for the riders who followed him.
Two things to note; Landis spent time in a wind tunnel in the off-season, perfecting his position. Plus, when you're going really fast, you tend to inch forward on the saddle to get more power, as Landis has here.
Youch.

Why does he has that position with his arms in a 45 degree when all other riders have a 0 degree position? Does it give more power? Why only him?
