I always liked the red ones. There are very few things as impressive as a nightfire exercise, with everyone in the platoon having tracer rounds, from crew served weapons down to M-16's. I still remember what a red hot 50 calliber barrell looks like with armor piercing tracer rounds coming out of it, and exploding in the distance . . .

Don't forget to tap the cartridge against your helmet, to make sure they're all seated properly.

This stuff makes me happy.
