Merhaba! Nasilsiniz? Gestetner lives on, if only by name. I take a weekend break in Istanbul, far from thoughts of Gestetner machines, I get a reminder! Overlooking the Bosphorus.

Gestetner 160 in The Vatican. This picture was taken from a Gestetner brochure which showed the Vatican's use of Gestetner stencil machines for over 30 years. The standard colours for 160 machines were "hammer silver/grey", "hammer metallic (hint of green)" and "crackle black", The Vatican 160 was specially produced in white with the addition of the coat of arms..
