wow!

You know I'm fascinated by the skyline of Boston. So, I thought it is time for a new photo of this excellent city. This was a shot that I did after the sun was gone done already.

I need to confess that I did know, if I really like this result of me, because usually I try to stay as realistic as possible. The original imagine was not so good, so I tried to do make something different out of it ;-) To read your comments helps me to learn how other photographer think about. Thank you all for your great feedback.

james.whittingham You and all the other draped me, immediately. I need to make better water reflections. The Charles River never has such a reflection. The reflection is produced by a combination of ocean riffle and the displace filter that just distorted straight black lines. I wrote an action, if you want I can post it to you.

ken215 I agree, I think it is a bit overdone. But believe me Ken, the picture is boring without the reflection. Was just a test with a not perfect shot

jennywalters88 Yes it is a bit surreal also in the colors. If you have not much contrast and info in your picture and you do heavy post-processing, it is almost impossible to prevent it. To honest, I try to do it more realistic, but it was not possible with the Original
