I was standing lamenting my poor fieldcraft skills, having lost track of the only otter I had seen all morning under the bank( come back Jim we miss you!) when my eye was caught by two otters dashing across the path closely followed by this one. I just had time to grab a shot but it was moving SO fast that it is not as sharp as I would like but posted this for Jim just so that he knows his otters are well!

Yet again my rendezvous with the otters was delayed by this beautiful sky over the eight arch bridge. The mist was just lingering and the frost was still on the ground, it was stunning. As for the otters well they seemed to have changed their routine but I caught up with them later on in the day.

I was asked by yahoo if they could use my photo as the front one of the gallery arranged by yahooUS which they have put as one of their options this weekend, just scroll through the numbers until you get to white rainbows. I looked at the number of views that the gallery has had and was dumbfounded to see that it is 39,000 views!
By sat evening 67,500 views!!!
By monday morning it topped the magic 6 figures 103,236!!!!!!

I have decided to process another of my fogbow pictures. Hope you like this as much as the first.

Bailey shows great promise as a master baker, managing to keep most of the icing on the cake at least before he ate it.
