Great Wall of China (Dec 2004)![]() ![]() A large snow storm was approaching and whiting out everything in the distance.
This is a section of the Great Wall that is at MuTianYu. This section is a little farther out than other, more popular, sections, but it's worth the extra effort in my opinion. Well if you have not taken much landscape..you certainly have an eye for it (although I have read that true landscape is not supposed to contain man made structures)
This picture with its wall positioned so that it gradually leads you into the frame, stopping at the watchtower, then takes you slowly on a meadering stroll into the dim distance...yes you can almost feel the cold.
You certainly need one of those over priced cups of coffee!!
