Son Sen (with graffiti)

Son Sen was the chief of staff of the Khmer Rouge forces in 1972 to challenge Lon Nol. After April 1975 he became deputy prime minister and minister of defense, and oversaw the Khmer Rouge secret police. Son Sen monitored Toul Sleng, desiging its interrogation and torture procedures.
