Waterboard

Waterboard by waterboardingdotorg.
Prisoners' legs were shackled to the bar on the right, their wrists were restrained to the brackets on the left, and water was poured over their face to drown them.

According to our guide, waterboarding was the Khmer Rouge's preferred torture for female prisoners.

Thank you for documenting this for the world. May I ask if you would you be willing to allow this photo to be used at the Wikipedia article "Waterboarding"? I am one of the thousands of volunteer editors there and think it would add to that article immensely. The photo would only need to be released under a free license such as the Creative Commons or GFDL (meaning that it could be reused by anyone, for any purpose). Thank you very much for your consideration.

The current Flickr license for this image is acceptable for Wikipedia Commons as it stands, as I understand things, and I have uploaded it under the name WaterboardWithCanKhmerRouge.jpg. Thanks for posting these images under a free license.
