Roasted Strawberries with Crepes

I also made a sauce out of the second batch of roasted strawberries, to go with the pound cake. Just hulled, sprinkled with sugar, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, tossed, and baked at 350 until soft and carmelized. Amazing. Got the idea from @glamah via Twitter.
