People spend a lot of time in this small kitchen.

I was studying Vietnamese and Nhi was dancing with the Kinect. They've danced to every song we have a million times, it would be nice if some other interesting Kinect games would come out that have more content. We only have a few and they're getting played out.

Tien and I went with some of her family to visit her cousins in Long Xuyen. I always find myself paying attention to the children because vocal communication isn't such a large part of interacting with them, so we can still have fun despite speaking different languages.

Tien and I went to a wedding party for a friend that she went to Jr. High school with and hadn't seen in over 10 years. It's interesting to me that in VN culture that is what happens, you invite the whole village to your party. The party was at a nice hotel next to the Coop Mart in Long Xuyen. The groom spoke english, which was nice because I could congratulate him myself.
