Hi Walt,
I really appreciated this photo. I used it in a blog post today: rochelle-learning-to-trust.blogspot.com/2011/08/overwhelm.... But I want to make sure I correctly attributed it to you. Could you take a look at it and let me know if there's anything I need to change? I tried to follow the "some rights reserved" page I read, but I couldn't find the exact way to word it. I work for a publisher so I know some about copyright, and I'm hoping I did it okay.

Hey there Walt..love this photo and would love to use it in a post I'm writing. AND I noticed there is a Request to License from Getty. Does this mean the attribution requirements have changed? Don't want to step over the line (and always give attribution...of course). Please let me know!

I've given Getty permission to have visibility to a number of images in which I have model releases, however they haven't expressed wider interest in this one just yet. I suspect the link that's visible from your page invites Getty to be the middleman.
