NYC - Greenwich Village: 14 West 10th Street

This 1856 Gothic Revival townhouse is reportedly haunted by ghosts of more than 22 people who lived and/or died here, including Mark Twain from 1900 to 1901.

In 1987, New York criminal defense attorney, Joel Steinberg lived here when he was convicted of first-degree manslaughter in the murder of six-year old Lisa Steinberg, whom he allegedly adopted under false pretenses.
