CLUI Tour: Boron, CA

On June 24, 2006 Lori, JoAnne, Mark, Charley and I all went on a Center for Land Use Interpretation tour of various locations in the Mojave desert. We saw an abandoned federal prison and air force base, one of the largest solar power plants in the world, and a giant borax mine.
