Pie Making

Crust attempt number three. All shortening, no butter.

 

I have difficulty with rolling crusts out... Too much flour? Too little water? How come one part of the crust sticks to the pin and the other crumbles?

 

This crust recipe was sort of tasteless and bland but nice and flaky. (From Better Homes cookbook.)
