En realidad, hay gente que opina que debajo de estas cruces no hay cadáveres y que el sitio es simplemente un monumento. Según se dice, los muertos franceses eran enterrados cerca del Hospital Ancón y en Taboga.

te anticipo que las minicruces esas solo tienen numeros... es un dato curioso.
Además dicen que para la construcción del canal francés no vino tanto francés como se piensa; todo era puro negro e indio, franceses solo los que ponian el capital. Habría definitivamente que excavar!!!
