Mooseheart is a children's home near Aurora IL sponsored by the fraternal organization the Loyal Order of the Moose. If you have to be in foster care or an orphanage, it's a better place than most. The imagery in that card shows Dad (who is presumably dead and was a member of the Moose) looking down from the Great Beyond at Mom and kids rebuilding their lives at Mooseheart. The school was for widows and dependent children of Moose members originally. It's now open to everyone.
