What's in your dive bag?

My SeaTec BC has well over 500 dives on it. Attached to the harness is a TUSA Liberator dive knife. The orange bulb is my octo-keeper.
The same PLANA fins I've had since I was 13. I plan to upgrade this spring.
Versa dive computer. I love it, although it's a little bulky.
TUSA gloves. The velcro strap doesn't stick any more.
A Dacor snorkel.
My brand new Henderson skins. They were a Christmas gift.
Akona dive socks.
Tekna mask.
A farmer John-styled SeaQuest wetsuit. Had it since I was 13. It fits, but it's tight.
Oceanic Alpha 8 reg and octopus. Very lightweight and easy-to-breathe.
Inside my Pelican dry box, I keep my SeaBands (seasickness-prevention wrist-straps); a PCa Ikelite dive lite; a replacement cover for my computer; some Kleenex; and a spare D-ring.
Dacor depth and pressure gauge.
Weightbelt.

Ha, ha, Arne. I was 13 when I bought them. I don't wear them very often.

Power Plana fins! I have had mine since 1983. Last year I lost one in the surf and was forced to upgrade. It was the best "loss" I have ever had. I LOVE my new twinjets. I go much faster than before. If I hadn't lost the fin in the surf, I would still be slogging along at half speed.

I've been waiting for them to just give up, but they just keep going. They will be forcibly retired soon, though.

Lavender gloves, how very stylish... :-)

Gees Willy, for a guy that writes about dive gear, you could do some updating.

(I'm just jealous, I can't fit in my photo of when I was 13, let alone a wetsuit.)

You know, this gear may be old, but everything still works great.

To clarify: That wetsuit is a medium and was somewhat too large for me when I got it.

Well my Army Diver training says it's best to have the basic black in dive gear. Can never go wrong it's allways in season. Have you heard of weight intergrated BC's? Like ZEAGLE or SCUBAPRO?Have a good Dive.

Funny, I never thought of Army divers as being particularly fashion-conscious. Fortunately, my skins are black, so I guess I'm good.

Of course I've heard of weight-integrated BCs, and my next BC might be integrated.

Hey, lavender is just plain normal in Florida - it's just strange everywhere else ;)

I'm with Arne, on the glove thing... but otherwise, it greatly resembles the contents of my dive bag!
