Yoga with Kevin
Two years ago (wow) a bunch of us ran the Dogfish Dash (because beer + running = wonderful). After the race, a few beers in, Kevin started leading us in some yoga.
It's a little slow-loading, so be patient. It's also hard to hear, since I was on the ground with my wee iPhone, but here are some highlights:
"Lift up to the sky..."
