Software version: 2.1
Jailbroken with: QuickPwn by iPhone Dev team.
Fav apps: all of them!
Very very frequently used apps: iTunes Remote, Nemus Sync, Cycorder, Facebook, VoiceNotes, Fring, Youtube, Wifi Toggle, SMS, Snapture, Phone and iGolf( careful with this guy, I threw my iPhone a couple of times playing this one: top score = 611 yards :} )

update: I left out QuickGold (launch apps, search bookmarks, web history, SMS etc). This is an unbelievably cool app; think Launchy, Enso or QuickSilver for iPhone and you get the picture.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

You don't seem to have much of a system for organising your apps, how do you know which screen to go to, to get to a certain app, or does QuickGold do away with that for you?

On my iPod Touch I have mine organised into the following pages/categories:

Dock - Music, Video, Photos, Safari
Page 1 - Rest of the Original iPod Touch Apps, Mail etc.
Page 2 - App Store apps that require a net connection
Page 3 - App Store apps that don't require a net connection (as I only have WiFi access with the touch, it's useful to know which apps I can use when I'm 'off the grid')
Page 4 - Web bookmarks (@ginatrapani Lifehacker has pride of place ;o) )
Page 5 - Settings and Store apps (iTunes, App Store, Cydia, Settings etc.)
Page 6 - Jailbroken apps, (NemusSync, MxTube and StumblerPlus are my favs)

Had to find a way to group all the apps, or I would have gone mad!

@Keef M: I use QuickGold. It's a keystroke app launcher which you invoke by pushing the "Home" button. So I never swipe screens and I don't need to organize.
