The steak is, well, steaklike and then chicken-fried. I've never seen gravy like that: it's got big, tasteless chunks of sausage, ham and bacon. It's amazing, because you can tell it's whatever it is, but it all just tastes vaguely porky.

The potatoes are at 12 oclock, or so.
