They are very close to PSU, 1975 SW 1st Ave, Suite J, at the south end of the Urban Renewal district. And, I guess it depends how strict of a vegetarian you are. They have a vegetarian broth, and lots of veggies and tofu, however, the tongs you use to pick up those things may have touched meat. When I was there last week, I sat next to two vegetarians eating quite happily.
