      Absolutely AMAZING! This is the gritty NYC that I remember growing up. Too much of the city has become so incredibly sanitized that this is a welcome sight.

      Two questions:

      1. Where on Canal Street did you take this image? I live near Canal Street but I don't recall this particular block.

      2. How did you get the colors?

      Whatever, great shot! Reminds me of lower Manhattan in the mid-1970s.
