Nice photo Vitor. Love the colors and the
fact they are reflected in the foreground.
The city looks so calm and peaceful.

You should have accepted my invitation to
photograph the sunset :-)
I just drove down from Tim Hortons to the
lake shore and didn't even had to wait for
the sunset. It was the right timing :-)

Belas cores neste sunset. Também gosto da
composição, a dar ênfase ao céu e a usar a
regra dos 1/3's. Bom trabalho.

You are my winner!

Thank you all! :-)
@TPMGers: we need to do an ad-hoc event at
this location. Besides the beautiful city
view for sunset and night shots, there are
some incredible long ships parked on he docks
(yesterday the Canadian Miner, that is 220
meters long, was parked there).

Trish, I would say a weekend, because on
weekdays traffic is hell for me to get
downtown.
If we do some activity this weekend we can
do it after the activity. Sunset is after
7pm, so we just need to be there from 7-8pm
to shot the sunset and night skyline. The
only requirement is that it needs to be a
sunny day to have sunset, so we cannot
schedule a date in advance :-)
About the where, I know how to get there
and I added the photo to the flickr map, but
I don't know the name of the street or park
:-) It is on the way to Cherry beach, before
the mechanical bridge do a right turn and go
to the end of the street. Parking is on the
right hand side.

There is a sign saying videotaping and
photography is strictly forbidden on the
property (parking lot). Is there any
enforcement?

Well, there was nobody controlling the
parking lot. The entrance was closed, so
everybody was using the exit gate to enter.
And most of the people there were either
couples having a nice sunset date or
photographers... :-)
