Beverly & I went out last night to try an see if we could see and possibly photograph an Aurora. The forecast was for a minimal Aurora but we thought we would take our chances. As we drove north of Fairbanks to get away from the city lights we could immediately see the aurora high in the sky. Unfortunately, by the time we could find a dark road the aurora was closer to the horizon and less active. Still quite cool!
