dont why they leave the lights on even in day time but I love it for my shots

London 2003, Nikon F95, Film AGFA (jessops).
I spent about an hour here photographing this strange building and all of a sudden this shape of a cloud formed. I just had to line it up untill it was in level with lamp. 2 mins later the cloud was gone....
