Punta del Diablo, Uruguay

Punta del Diablo (Devil's Point) is a small fishing village on Uruguay's Atlantic coast located some 180 miles east of Montevideo. Built on sand dunes near miles of empty beaches, it has a year-round population of about 500. There are no highrises or fancy hotels, only wooden cabins, beach huts and winding sandy dirt streets. A perfect place to unwind, and take photos.
