I like its simplicity, and the perspective.

The description is so matter-of-fact, it strikes me as humorous.

The photo conveys more than the image captured. One can sense that moments ago there was an anxious, raging stream of water, and now there's just quiet, wet pavement, and a limp, decompressed hose. There is a sense of relief.
