Astoria Column • Holiday Lights and ShadowsStep under the Mist-letoe. In each of the four corners of the plaza that surrounds the Astoria column are a group of spotlights illuminating the tower. On this very damp misty night these lights cast shadows of the tower onto the drizzle filled sky above. Despite wiping the lens before each exposure the continuous breeze blown drizzle quickly collected on the lens distorting the lights hanging from the column into interesting shapes and forms. From a fun day at the coast with Sarah and Luke. N25011.13,14 - Happy Holidays!
