Great picture! I've used it for this learning
resource here: Market Research Methods The credit is in the acknowledgements section
at the end of the unit here: Acknowledgements
Hope this is ok? Thanks for making this
available under Creative Commons! :-)
I guess I'm the oddball, but this photo just
makes me dizzy. I like blurring used
selectively, but to me this just looks like
an average photo overexposed.
I think it's great how many times people have
found a use for this image. I hope it is okay
that we are using it in a test piece to show
people disappearing. I have photoshopped out
a couple of the figures in 2 derivatives.
At the moment it is just between a group of 3
of us, and is set to private in my
photostream, to work out the best way of
showing people fading away but if this goes
to the next stage and is used or published in
any way I will make sure that you get full
attribution. Smashing photo.

Great shot. I used it here for a blog post, to illustrate the need to figure out who your audience is when writing. Hope that's okay.

No problem. Good post, and imaginative use of my shot - and correctly attributed, too. Thanks.

would like to use this on a school website but can't give credit on the page, it would have to be in the markup. would that suffice?

You could frame this image and put it on the wall. Actually - hold the frame - it doesn't need one.
We used it here: Pent up housing demand causes sales surge!

Great image (and as the guys said above, more than a touch of Lowry about it).
And thank you for making it Creative Commons. I've used it as the header image for my travel article "Breaking The Ice With Strangers: Hook":
