Stamina

Stamina

As a continuation of the project we have for the sport's food supplements, we went to Lake Martin the other day and did some outdoor strobist exercise. It was so cold though, windy that is, that we had to adjust all camera and flash conditions before we even ask our model to dress up with the swim-suit. Anyhow, the actual shoot took 10 min while the preparation took about 45 min.

Strobist:

1. Two SB-600 and two Vivitar 285 HV (to kill the ambient), camera left, shot through umbrella, 1/4 CTO gels on all of them, triggered with Paul Buff's Cybersyncs

It was so cold though, windy that is, that we had to adjust all camera and flash conditions before we even ask our model to dress up with the swim-suit. Anyhow, in between the few takes we did, TJ tried to warm up his hands and what do you know - it came out a great frame. Anyhow, the actual shoot took 10 min while the preparation took about 45 min.
