Bolognese sauce: All mixed up...

This is my Bolgonese sauce - a marinara sauce with meat, carrots, onions and extra spices with cream... good over any pasta and great for lasagne.

This is a BULK recipe! I make a couple gallons and freeze up about ten 3-cup portions, it's a perfect 10 minute meal!
