My husband and I are taking the babe to Gencon, and I wanted to enter them in the costume contest (crafting is my geekdom, not gaming). My mom made the cute pants and shirt (she's awesome!), and I whipped up the baby helmet. It's padded, and she loves swinging it around and bopping stuff with it... as much as a 2 month old can control things. It's not so heavy, and the weight is distributed, so she's okay.
