Seal the copper tubes with the leak stopping epoxy same as with the WalMart bottle. Hopefully this can be sealed with silicone. Or try a thin layer of silicone and after it dries use construction epoxy, Bondo or J B Weld for strength. I plan to do this in the near future.

If you can't find the aluminum hydration bottle this might work almost as well. Note that I chamfered or beveled the cap area to fit inside the seamless aerosol can. Also the smaller threaded part should be shortened so as not to create too much area for air inside.
