Moleskin pattern freakytrying out new icons this one is it, it's *me* (L)!
![]() These 2 pages came alive after a long period of time. Most of my Moleskin creations are created like that. They involve tens or more phases of 15 minutes of sketching time. I never have the outcome of how the page will look in my head while I sketch. It just grows in phases. For the pattern on the left, I knew after I drew the top part that I would create a whole page filled with patterns, but I had no idea what the patterns should look like. It just transformed over days. The coloring phase goes pretty fast though. Then I just want to finish it off and it also takes less time than the actual sketch. I have several pages in my Moleskin that only has a start of something, waiting for me to complete bit by bit. Whenever I have an idea to build the page up further I sketch a bit, just for 15 minutes. It's my way of having some creative fun. I love it :)

I like the contrast of the two pages together and I love the magic and wonder of your approach. A fav for me!
