You all know by now that I'm a bit of a Twitter addict. And I'm guessing you've all noticed that I'm also a big fan of stats and charts and graphs.

Well, with the help of my Twitter friend Damon, I've managed to put both those loves together.

Above, you'll find a set of stats about my Twitter usage over the past year, thanks to Damon's fantastic Twitter Stats script. Again, I'm not too sure what this says about me other than the fact that Twitter runs my life, but I still find the statistics fascinating.

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

And marutham, Twitter isn't quite like Orkut, but it definitely is one of the most social web applications out there! If you do sign up, add me as a friend!

In essence, Twitter is like a status indicator and micro-blog at the same time. A bit like the status updates on Facebook. The thing Twitter allows, however, is conversation: you can respond to other people's 'tweets' by using the @ reply.

Everything is limited to 140 characters, so it's an exercise in conciseness. You can access it through the web, your mobile phone, or the many clients built around it. It has an open API, which means there's tons of great little mashups like Foamee and Twittertale, and the best part is that you can use it any way you like?
