Howdy :) The technique is called "needle-dragging" or "dry marbling". Basically, I applied a base coat of red and while that was still wet I added small drops of orange, yellow, and blue on top. Then I took a needle and dragged it through all the wet polishes to make the streaking effect. You can look up tutorial on youtube, there are bunches out there. I'm glad you like it!

You can also google "water marbeling"....it has a similar effect.........:)
