2nd load center

This is our other breaker box, as we have 2 services coming in. I'm not sure what service size this one is. It uses a fuse cutout as main I believe. The panel is also missing a knockout which I need to put a blank in. Actually I have an outside mercury vapor light that I need to put on a new circuit so could just add a new breaker in that open space.
