Rather pink and girly I'm afraidUnfortunately it's considerably more pink and girly viewed with Firefox than it is with Safari despite my spirited attempts at colour management. Ho hum - the reality is somewhere between the two.

WetActually not even slightly damp, but this is wet garlic. As opposed to dry papery garlic I guess. Beautiful to behold, a joy to photograph and a real treat to cook with afterwards. What's not to like?
