Bright Whoopie Pies

    The recipe for the pies is from Baking Makes Things Better. For the filling, I used icing sugar, vanilla and milk. I didn't measure it, just whipped and added more of whatever I needed till I was happy, then I coloured the filling teal and hot pink :)

    Then I rolled them in chocolate hail.

      I don't know if it's wise Janele! I made 15 of them and ate most of them myself!!! But if you have self-control, unlike myself, I totally recommend making them! :P
