This is actually a great capture...and its good that you did so with so much going on.
I would argue that you subject is sort of getting lost because the whole scene is incredibly colorful. I find myself drifting back and forth, in and out of focus, because as I try to concentrate on her and what she's doing, all the other colors start to grab my attention. Maybe another perspective or angle could be taken in order to make sure we focus on her. Or possible from the same angle a different framing, possible put her smack dab in the middle with a closer crop. I might be cool to see what you could get from a post-process too. Great capture though!
