The U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern's Family Morale Welfare and Recreation Directorate hosted a Town Hall Meeting Sept. 30 at the Kaiserslautern Activities Community Center on Daenner Kaserne. As a combined Army leadership event, this is the second town hall meeting for the KMC. Subject matter experts started the meeting by giving about a 10-minute brief on their area. Topics were on the new driver simulator for high school students here, changes to Soldiers’ education benefits and how survivors’ benefits relates to the Web-based Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System that takes effect for Soldiers March 1.
