Smooth moves

I always see these guys dancing at the Southbank, with another bloke who's playing some relaxed Reggae tunes on his guitar...they usually also turn up at many London street festivals...this photo was taken at the Dutch Queen's Day Celebrations on the Southbank....they're very entertaining indeed.
