Good Day Sunshine... and Trash

For the past few... seasons, my condo board has had our trash chutes closed down on each floor do to an "infestation" that seems to be taking an inordinately long time to take care of. Residents have to take their trash downstairs and out back behind the building and drop it in the dumpsters themselves.

Some residents have taken to leaving bags out in the hall to be carried out in the morning, but this one might just be from someone that gave up.

Lovely sight in the morning, no?
