Tow these people

The people who park here during softball games at UMass Lowell should
be ticketed and/or towed. When this picture was taken, there were two
police cruisers across the street just sitting there doing absolutely
nothing. The cars parked in the tow zone turn an already dangerous two
lane road into a really dangerous one lane road. Meanwhile, UMass cops
ticket and tow people parked in the chancellor's parking lot on
weekends, when the lot isn't in use anyway... It doesn't make any sense.
