Unity in Diversity
It is the simplest of principles, it is the most difficult of principles.
Let us first be clear on what unity does not mean: it does not mean uniformity. Unity is oneness. Diversity lends strength to any group of people. Unity binds together diverse elements so that, by virtue of their many strengths, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
Me, You and Him.

unity is an action made together with an other group of individuals, they can probably be in a state of uniformity in that.

Yes - true unity can only come through diversity and a respect for it.

"Direction is essential for the continuing existence of the crowd. Its constant fear of disintegration means that it will accept any goal. A crowd exists so long as it has an unattained goal." - Elias Canetti
This photo is perfect for me because I am reading "Crowds and Power" of Canetti and you put perfectly in image the problems of which I think in this moment, my friend. SUPER !!!

the "chain" of humanity, the interaction of energies that's what make unity! the Yin and yan.
let's break the rules:
1+1= "1" !
very good concept

I LOVE the crowd framed by the darkness above and below them, it shows there is such power and strength against darkness when many form one vision. Great shot!
