hey i wanna c the work u do..

Dear all flickr’s Family,

As some of you know I’m a Lebanese who works in Dubai, UAE for the time being...and since this country and some of the rest in the region follows some strict rules, they came to Block flickr because it contains some nude photos inside it.
One day already gone, and I feel that they blocked my only relief pass, and they took the best part of my days.
I thought about giving my password to a very close friend, my flickr Godsister: “rAndoM AliAs” who is a flickr member as well and who lives outside of this retarded country. She will be uploading my last photo for the moment including this text, until we meet again.
The Sorrow is eating me for not being able to share all the sad and happy moments with you anymore, I’ll miss your support and encouraging as much as I’ll miss to wander through your works and comment under it.
I’ll make myself busy for the time, by going back to paint again…but I promise you all to find a way to keep the connection alive with all of you.

this is really touching and expreesive more than any photo on flickr.
Hope to have the time and all the ability to catch up with all what I missed in your photostream…now the ban is over and like they say, there’s always surise after sunset. I feel coming back to life.

P.S.. i notice accrilics in the image.. try using oils... i discovered them this year.. they are heaven compared to accrilics which easily go muddy.. but oils stay nice and crisp colors.. which make the work of art look sublime. Now i know why the masters use it !...okay i'm babbling... shut up honest.

* HoNe$t * ...yeah welcome back for you too dear friend. i believe u on that and i hope we'll reach it soon. Duabi is rising to be the capital of the world, and i don't understand still, about all those censorship while the aim of the rulers here is Universality.

thank you a lot for your advice about the oil, and no you are not babbling at all....actually i use to work a lot with oil since 7 years and you are totally right about the final effect of it and the everlasting shine that it contain. the only problem for me was that it needs time to dry while painting, and you have to wait like 3 days till you finish your work!...which i can't rely on...i prefer to express in hours and let it out. Feelings for me changes from day to day. so after 3 days it won't be the same again and i will end up painting as a homework and not just releasing out.....anyway you can still have almost the same effect for finishes with acrylic if you do a varnish cover at the end, and that's what i'm doing lately :)

thanks again for all your compassion and your notes and I wish lot of ppl care and try to help as much as you do…tough there’s a still a good number of ppl that I do respect and appreciate, if you consider all the wonderful members and their lovely support shown in this commentary above.

i know what u mean about the waiting.. thats usualy what kills me.. but sometimes when you leave a painting and come back to it.. u see some mistakes or how to improve it which is a great thing... i'm working on an accrilic at the moment.. but its turning out like S*** so i will paint over it with oil i think to give it some spunk.. plus oil is easier to blend.

hmm.. i might post the result (if i like it that it)

And BTW mixing between acrylic and oil is extremely beautiful and can solve our "time problem" somehow. So i would love to see what you came out with...and i promise to post mine as well :)
