Almost good, but too many distracting
elements, like the cut of guy in the
foreground and the guy with cut of feet.
Sometimes that shit works, but not here.
The ingredients are here for the perfect
streetshot, and yet this dosent seem to nail
it, maybe if you hung around and waited for
more faces rather than backs and just got in
a tad closer, or waited for the pervert in
the raincoat!

last comment, perhaps I should have been more
patient but this was the best out of a range
of shots as she gradually inched her way
along the alley.

I agree with many comments above, I think it
would have been more interesting if without
the first person on the left.... I thought
you wanted to portrait the man, but some
people commenting above talked about the
signs too.... well, maybe it lacks clear
idea, if someone asks me (although I'm just a
person who takes snaps of her dinners, so no
one particulary wise on on photography... but
since there is a serious discussion here...;)
)
