Shy guy, LOL, not this little fellow !!! While taking shots of this wall the other day, he ran out of a crack and just sat there like " Hey, look at me, wanna take my photo ? " And I just had to oblige.

I tried something different here, normally I try my hardest to get my shots as sharp as possible, and here I intentionally softened it in processing. Not really sure if I like it or not......................................

As so often happens with me, this shot came about entirely by accident. I had noticed some crepe myrtles blooming the other day at an abandoned house nearby, so today I went by there to photograph them. We had just had an afternoon thundershower so they were rather bedraggled, I took a few shots anyway, and started to leave. As I drove away I noticed these in a patch of weeds near the back of the property . They were a little worse the wear from the storm, but in much better shape than the crepe myrtles.
