Yes rightly said it resembles Aru valley of Pahalgam in Indian Held Kashmir. The beauty of Kashmir valley extends all the way towards the west upto the Palas Valley Mountains in West and Upto Fairy Meadows basecamp in North. The main difference between your Kahsmir and our Kashmir is that your government has concerned for environment there and nature is very well protected there but in our Side there is no or little concern for environment even Extremely beautiful Meadows like lalazar(It resembles gulmarg and Sonamarg of Kashmir)are allowed for making Potato fields and deforestation.Lalazar today and some 10 years back are completely different. There was a special kind of flower which growthere thats why that was called Lalazar but now it should be called Aaloozar and Nature ko kis bedardi sey tabah kiya jaye yeh ides tu koi Pakistaniyun seypochey.Am i right?Umair.I hope you will agree because you must have seen how brutally we Pakistanis have play with nature in naran and Kaghan.

You are right Glittering Thoughts. And then its not just the govt to blame. Wherever the road has been made, we bring destruction with tourism. Btw in this particular case of Manoor Valley, unlike some other parts of Kaghan, this valley is still safe from all this destruction mainly because of its inaccessibility.

well Umair But its not tourism which brings destruction its more of deforestation agencies and Local population which keep on spreading Even they built Homes at mountain tops.Such types of homes and houses and such illegal planning is not allowed in Indian held Kashmir neither they allow deforestation to such great extent they have numerous big meadows like Lalazar but they have never make any potatofield on that meadows because they knew that these meadows will become the biggest source of Revenue for the country.Ill planning,Deforestation and ruining of meadows and Houses on mountain top this is the way Pakistanis are dealing with Nature.

Tourism has saved Nathia gali and ayubia to some extent from deforestation.because tourism highlights that area and if anyone who cuts tree there will easily be highlighted and caughted. But less tourism is something which has ruined Lalazar my favourite hill station of all times. If there has been tourism promoted at Lalazar before then there will be no fields like the ones there and perhaps no deforestation.by tourism i definitely means Ecotourism. Not like Murree offcourse.
