Meant To Be Dinner: Cheese Board

Danish Blue
"Five Counties" Cheese
Delice de Bourgogne
Meant To Be Dinner: Cheese Board by ulterior epicure.
Cheese Board:

1. Danish Blue - In my opinion, a milder blue, with a slightly sweeter bent.
2. Delice de Bourgogne - One of my favorite French triple cremes - not just for its flavor, but also for it's history (invented by the great 18th century gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat Savarin). Some would say it's pungent, but I think it's rather mild. As the "triple creme" suggests, it's incredibly rich and silky - especially towards the middle.
3. "Five Counties" - A traditional British layered cheese composed of five of Britain's most well-known cheeses: Derby, Leicester, Chester, Double Gloucester, and Cheddar.

Not that I am disliking anytning I am eating while here in Buenos Aires, but I am truly missing a selection of cheeses when we eat.

I could devour this 2 minutes.

Well, the vast majority of Argentina's cheeses are imported from Europe (mostly Italy). The Argentinians do make their own version of Reggiano cheese, in smaller wheels that they call "Reggianito" - you should be able to find it down there quite commonly. They also *love* Stilton, for some odd reason... must be a British left-over from the occupation days.
